  1. hi,i applied for my family visa on 13th june 203.i have kept my family visa on hold saying that I don't meet the minimum income.,but I earn more than home office requirement.i keep writing to them but I only get a reply saying that we will reassess ur case.i don't understand on what basis they are calculating .i think there is something going on or they are just playing with peoples life.this caused so much of stres i had an heart attack.i don't get any clear reply from home office.i don't know where to knock for help.i applied for my wife and two kids .income required is 24800 and my income is 29,900.still they i don't meet the income.what am i supposed to do ?

    1. Hi Anonymous - are your children British citizens? The additional income requirement for children is for non-British citizen children.
