Dinnae deport oor Arbroath Angie

'Please help @Angela Faye from being deported back to the USA without her 13 year old British citizen daughter. '

Angela, who was featured here a few days ago, has a great Facebook and Twitter campaign going - please do support her (and her family and friends) by liking, following, and sharing their pages :

Angela says :
'I'm the American mother of two UK citizens and have lived here in Scotland with them legally since 2007.
The Home Office have required me to file five different VISA/residency/extension applications in that time totalling over £3,000. They have caused undue stress to us over the years as they delight in threatening deportation every two years or so.

'In July 2013 I filed for yet another extension to stay in the form of a residency. I followed the rules, filled out the paperwork accurately, paid the correct fee and waited. The Home Office lost my paperwork for four months. When they finally found it (four months past the date of the expiration of my VISA) they told me to immediately get out of the country and leave my 13 year old daughter behind.

'In short, they are violating our rights. Please read on to see our progression through this, share the page and show how preposterous this whole thing is. Thank you.
